Golf Carts King ships golf carts, low-speed vehicles and utility vehicles from our location at 111 Co Rd 214, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642 to customers in the United States and internationally.
Contiguous United States: all 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. can be ordered directly through our online checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: available by freight quote. Please contact us before ordering.
International destinations: available by freight quote. See section 8 below.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical street address that can be reached by a freight truck is required for delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Free freight delivery is included on every golf cart shipped to an address in the contiguous United States.
Local pickup from our Liberty Hill, Texas location is free.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international orders are quoted individually based on the destination and vehicle size. The full shipping cost is confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
Your shipping method and any shipping charge are shown on the checkout page before you place your order. There are no hidden delivery fees added after purchase for orders within the contiguous United States.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During processing we verify your order and delivery address, complete a pre-delivery inspection of the vehicle and book freight with our carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Contiguous United States: typically 5 to 10 business days in transit after your cart leaves our location, for a total of about 6 to 13 business days from order to delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international orders: the estimated delivery time is provided with your freight quote.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier schedules, holidays and access to the delivery location can cause delays. If your delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed.
5. How Delivery Works
Golf carts are shipped by a professional freight carrier on a trailer designed for vehicle transport. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation. The carrier will contact you by phone, usually 24 to 48 hours before arrival, to schedule a delivery window.
An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive the vehicle and sign the delivery receipt (bill of lading).
Delivery is made curbside or to the nearest safe, accessible location for a large truck. Please let us know in advance about narrow roads, gated communities, low branches or other access limits.
If the carrier cannot complete delivery because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier may apply.
6. Inspect Your Cart at Delivery
Please inspect your golf cart carefully before signing the bill of lading.
If you see any damage, write a clear description of it on the bill of lading before signing, and take photos.

We will work with you and the carrier to arrange repair, replacement or another fair resolution for any shipping damage reported this way.
Damage that is not noted on the bill of lading or reported within 48 hours may not be eligible for a shipping damage claim.
7. Local Pickup in Liberty Hill, Texas
You can choose Local Pickup – Liberty Hill, TX at checkout. We will contact you when your cart is ready, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Please call (512) 316-8409 to schedule a pickup time and bring a valid photo ID and your order number. If you are bringing your own trailer, please make sure it is rated for the weight of your vehicle.
8. International Shipping
We ship to many countries outside the United States. To order for international delivery, contact us at contact@golfcartsking.com with the vehicle you want and your full delivery address. We will send you a written quote that includes the shipping method, estimated delivery time and total shipping cost.
International buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges and any local registration or compliance requirements in the destination country. These charges are not included in our price or shipping quote.
Please check with your local authorities that the vehicle can be imported and used in your country before ordering.
Delivery times for international orders depend on ocean or air freight schedules and customs clearance.
9. Your Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships. We cannot guarantee changes after the vehicle has been handed to the carrier, and additional charges may apply.
