The terms that apply when you use golfcartsking.com and buy a golf cart, LSV or utility vehicle from Golf Carts King.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of golfcartsking.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from Golf Carts King (“Golf Carts King”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at 111 Co Rd 214, Liberty Hill, TX 78642, United States. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Listings
We make every effort to describe each golf cart, low-speed vehicle (LSV) and utility vehicle accurately, including model year, make, model, color, seating, power type and key features.
Photos are provided to show the vehicle as accurately as possible. Colors can look different depending on your screen. Where a listing uses a representative photo of the same model, this is stated on the listing or confirmed on request.
Specifications such as range, speed, battery capacity and charging time are provided by the manufacturer and can vary with terrain, load, temperature, driving style and battery condition.
If you have a question about a specific vehicle, contact us before ordering and we will answer it in writing.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
The price shown on the product page at the time you place your order is the price you pay for the vehicle. Sales tax and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
If a vehicle is listed at an incorrect price because of a clear error, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order; it is accepted when we confirm availability and payment. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the vehicle is no longer available, if we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or if the order appears fraudulent. Because many of our vehicles are individual units, availability is confirmed at the time of order.
5. Payment
We currently accept payment by direct bank transfer (wire or ACH), as shown at checkout. After you order, we email you our bank details. Your vehicle is reserved while we wait for payment, and it ships or is released for pickup only after payment has cleared in full. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may cancel the order. 6. Taxes
Where required, sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and taxes in their country.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery options, costs and time frames are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the vehicle is delivered to you and the bill of lading is signed, or when you collect it from our location. Please inspect the vehicle at delivery and report any shipping damage as described in the Shipping Policy.
8. Title and Ownership Documents
Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received. We will provide the ownership documents supplied with your vehicle, such as the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin (MCO) or title, as applicable. You are responsible for any title, registration, license plate and insurance required in your area.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and order cancellations are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which includes a 30-day return period with no restocking fee.
10. Warranty
Warranty coverage is described in our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Safe and Legal Use
You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in line with all federal, state and local laws, including rules about where golf carts and LSVs may be driven, driver’s license requirements, equipment, registration and insurance. Please read our Golf Cart and LSV Legal Use Notice. Always follow the manufacturer’s operating and safety instructions, and never exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Golf Carts King or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks of vehicle manufacturers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Carts King is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or any vehicle purchased from us, including damages caused by improper use, modification or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Texas law, including rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
