Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Here is what qualifies, how to start a return and when your refund is issued.
1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your golf cart. If you are not, you may return an eligible vehicle within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (or the date of pickup, for local pickup orders) for a full refund of the vehicle purchase price. We do not charge a restocking fee.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must:
Be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Be in the same condition as when you received it, with no damage, excessive wear or modifications, and used no more than needed to inspect and test it.
Include all keys, chargers, manuals, accessories and paperwork that came with it.
Have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us before it is sent back.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Golf carts that were custom-ordered, custom-built or modified to your specifications (for example, special paint, lift kits, wheels, seats or sound systems added at your request).
Parts and accessories that have been installed or used.
Vehicles that have been damaged, altered or repaired by anyone other than Golf Carts King after delivery.

4. How to Start a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery by email at contact@golfcartsking.com or by phone at (512) 316-8409. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and, if it is eligible, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
Return the vehicle to our location at 111 Co Rd 214, Liberty Hill, TX 78642. You can drop it off in person by appointment or arrange freight shipping using the instructions we provide.
Vehicles sent back without an RA number, or to a different address, may be refused.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the vehicle to our Liberty Hill, Texas location, including freight, insurance and any fees charged by the carrier. We recommend using an insured freight carrier, because you are responsible for the vehicle until it arrives at our location. If you prefer, we can help arrange return freight with our carrier at your cost and give you the price before it is booked.
If we delivered the wrong vehicle, or your vehicle arrived with shipping damage that was reported as described in our Shipping Policy, we will cover the cost of any return or exchange we arrange with you.
6. Inspection and Refunds
We inspect returned vehicles within 3 business days of receiving them and email you to confirm whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund is sent to the bank account the payment came from. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
The refund covers the full vehicle purchase price and any sales tax collected. No restocking fee is deducted.
Shipping charges paid for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territory or international delivery are not refundable once the vehicle has shipped.
If a returned vehicle has damage, missing parts or wear beyond inspection and testing, we will contact you before making any deduction, and any deduction will be limited to the documented cost of repair or replacement.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships or is picked up for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible by phone or email with your order number. Once a vehicle has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return under this policy.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Vehicles
If your vehicle arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not the vehicle you ordered, please:
Note any shipping damage on the bill of lading before signing, and take photos.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will work with you to repair, replace or refund the vehicle. Where a manufacturer warranty applies to your vehicle, we will also help you with the warranty process.
9. International Returns
International orders may be returned under the same 30-day policy. The customer is responsible for return freight, export and import duties, customs fees and taxes. These costs, and the original international shipping charges, are not refundable.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the time frames above, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@golfcartsking.com and we will look into it right away.
